These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that govern your use of SpinTitans. We set out the responsibilities of both the platform and our players, how accounts are managed, and the procedures for deposits, withdrawals and promotions. By using our site you agree to these terms and any updates we publish.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Only one account per person is permitted. You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, chargebacks, underage play or other breaches of these terms.

Eligibility requirements

To register you must meet the eligibility criteria we specify during sign-up. We require accurate personal details and may ask for identity and address verification before certain transactions. You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse registration and to close accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

Acceptable platform use

Use the site in a lawful and fair way. You must not attempt to manipulate games, exploit errors, use automated systems to play, or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bonus rules. Abusive language, threats or attempts to interfere with platform operations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions require activation in line with the specific offer terms. Bonus balances and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements and maximum bet limits while wagering. For example, standard welcome bonus wagering is 40x on bonus funds and 50x on free spin winnings, with a maximum bet of $5 per spin/round during wagering. Contribution percentages by game may vary and certain games may be excluded from promotions. Misuse of promotions may lead to bonus cancellation and account action.

Deposits and withdrawals

Minimum deposit amounts and available payment methods are shown in the cashier. A typical minimum deposit is $10. Deposits are usually credited instantly, though third-party provider delays may occur. Any fees charged by payment providers are the player’s responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks. The standard minimum withdrawal is $10. We operate monthly withdrawal limits; a common cap is $10,000 per month and this may be reduced to $5,000 per month if your balance reaches at least 10 times your total deposits. Processing times vary by method and may include a pending review period. Large wins may be paid in instalments where limits apply.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with changes, you should stop using the site and close your account.
